Terms & Conditions

The short version: By using our services, software or products, you agree to these terms. We do our part honestly; you do yours; if something goes wrong we'll talk first and lawyer second. If you're representing an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern your use of services and products operated by YugamDynamics, a sole proprietorship registered in Ludhiana, Punjab, India ("YugamDynamics", "we", "us"). They cover the website at yugamdynamics.com, the RentGable website and application at rentgable.com and app.rentgable.com, and any work we deliver under a signed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Account & access

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including by your employees and contractors. Keep your credentials private. If something looks compromised, email info@yugamdynamics.com and we'll act within one business day.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use our services to do illegal things, harass people, spam, send malware, or attempt to break our security. We can suspend access if we have a good-faith belief you're doing any of these, and we'll tell you why.

4. Fees, billing & taxes

Fees for our SaaS products are listed on the relevant pricing page; fees for custom engagements are set out in your SOW. Invoices are due in 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Our invoices are issued without any tax component added; you remain responsible for any taxes that apply to you in your own jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

You own everything we build for you under a custom engagement — code, designs, infrastructure, documentation — from the moment the final invoice is paid. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tooling and design systems. For our own SaaS products, you own your data; we own the software.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your data and your business information as confidential. We won't share it with anyone outside the project team without your written consent. We'll sign your NDA or use ours; mutual is the default.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We'll fix any defects in deliverables reported within 30 days of acceptance at no charge.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a SaaS subscription at the end of any billing cycle. Custom engagement contracts run for the term set out in the SOW. If we materially breach these Terms, you may terminate immediately upon written notice; same in reverse.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If a dispute arises, we agree to attempt good-faith discussion for 30 days before either party files a claim.

Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect the minimum data needed to run our services and answer your enquiry. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we delete it when you ask. Everyone we rely on is listed under Subprocessors.

1. What we collect

• Enquiries sent through this website: your name, email address, company, the type of help you're after, your indicated budget range and your message.
• A hashed record of your IP address when you submit the contact form — used only to rate-limit abuse. It is salted and hashed, so the original address cannot be recovered from it.
• Account information for our products: name, email, company, role.
• Customer data: the content you and your team put into our products. You control this; we just store it.

We do not run advertising or analytics on this website, so there is no behavioural or cross-site tracking data to collect.

2. How we use it

To reply to you, to provide the services, to bill you, and to keep things secure. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run third-party ads or remarketing pixels.

3. Where it lives

This website and the enquiries submitted through it run on a private virtual server we control, hosted with Hostinger. Product data for our SaaS products is stored on infrastructure described in that product's own documentation.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Product data is kept for as long as you have an active account, plus 30 days after deletion to handle disputes. You can ask us to delete either sooner.

5. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or erase it, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We extend the same rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever you are. Email info@yugamdynamics.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS under a strict content-security policy that permits no third-party scripts, styles or fonts. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, visitor IP addresses are salted and hashed rather than stored, and access to the server is limited to the people who need it.

We're a small business and we hold no third-party security certifications, and we don't claim any. If you need to know exactly how something is configured before you work with us, ask and we'll tell you plainly.

Cookie Policy

The short version: This site sets one cookie, only when you use the contact form, and only to keep that form secure. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

What we use

• A session cookie, set by PHP when you open the contact page. It holds nothing but an anonymous session identifier, and exists so we can verify that the form submission came from your browser and not from a third-party site. It expires when you close your browser.

What we don't use

• Analytics of any kind — we run none on this site
• Advertising or retargeting pixels (Meta, Google, and the rest)
• Third-party trackers
• Fingerprinting

Managing cookies

Use your browser's settings to clear or block cookies. Blocking them will stop the contact form from submitting, because the security check depends on the session cookie; everything else on the site will work normally.

Refund Policy

The short version: Custom engagement fees are governed by the milestone schedule in your SOW. Subscription fees for our SaaS products are governed by that product's own refund terms.

Custom engagements

Custom engagement fees are billed per fortnight against a signed deliverable list. If a sprint deliverable is not met, the fees for that sprint are credited toward the next sprint or refunded at your option. Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable.

SaaS subscriptions

Subscriptions to RentGable are governed by the refund and cancellation policy published at rentgable.com, which sets out the trial period, cancellation terms and refund windows for that product. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings.

How to request a refund

Email support@yugamdynamics.com with your account email and the reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Data Processing

Where we handle personal data on your behalf — for example, tenant records inside RentGable — we act as a data processor and you remain the data controller. We process that data only on your instructions, keep it confidential, apply the security measures described in the Privacy Policy, and return or delete it when our work together ends.

We can sign a standalone data processing agreement if your organization needs one. Email info@yugamdynamics.com and we'll send our template or review yours.

Subprocessors

Running this website and answering enquiries involves exactly two third parties. This is the complete list — if it changes, this page changes with it.

• Hostinger — the virtual private server that hosts this website and stores enquiries submitted through it.
• Brevo — sends the notification email when someone submits the contact form.

Our SaaS products may rely on additional providers; those are listed in each product's own privacy policy.
