Come build software you'll still be proud of in 2030.
We hire senior. We stay small. Everyone here has shipped production software for a decade or more. If you've shipped real software for at least seven years and want a studio that protects deep work, you'll feel at home.
A studio for people who already know how to ship.
No layers, no junior pyramid, no daily standup theatre. We've designed the company around the work — not the org chart.
Deep work, defended.
No meetings before 11am, anywhere. Calendar Tuesdays + Thursdays are protected company-wide. We measure shipped code, not slack messages.
Senior pay, senior trust.
Competitive pay, stated openly at the first conversation, with no negotiation gymnastics. We hire people we trust to make consequential calls, and we pay them like we mean it.
Real time off.
Minimum 25 days off, plus the whole company closes for two weeks in December. We track to the floor, not the ceiling. Burnout is a planning failure, not a personality.
Hybrid, not "flex".
2 days together, 3 days from wherever. A real desk at our Ludhiana office — or a co-working stipend if you're elsewhere in Punjab.
Profit share, not equity theatre.
We're privately held and intend to stay that way. Instead of paper options that may never be worth anything, we share profit in cash when the year is good.
Health, learning, gear.
Health cover, a yearly learning budget, and a home-office allowance. A Mac and whatever monitor makes the work feel right.
We hire slowly, for keeps.
We'd rather get the right person in three months than the wrong person on Monday — so we only post a role when there's genuinely one to fill.
We have no open roles at the moment. We still read every open-call application, and we keep good ones on file for when a seat does open up — tell us what you've shipped and what you'd like to work on next.
Send us a note →Four steps, about three weeks.
No leetcode, no take-home that takes a weekend, no panel of seven. Just real conversations and one paid work sample.
Intro chat
With a founder. Not a recruiter, not a screener.
Craft deep-dive
Walk us through a recent project. We'll pick a moment and dig in.
Paid work sample
A small real problem from a client (anonymized). 8 hours, paid. You keep the work.
Team day
Pair with the people you'd work with. Lunch on us. Offer the same week.
